24 Hour Cancellation Policy
We have a strict 24 hour notice policy or no show fee.
You will receive a fee of 60% of the service booked. This applies if you do not turn up OR if you are cancelling within 24 hours of the appointment.
The fee must be paid before rebooking. This has to be implemented due to not having the chance to refill this appointment and affects our business as self employed stylists.

I visited Cilia’s today for a full balayage colour treatment with a cut & blow dry. My stylist Alice was so lovely and really informative when advising on the different colour shades available and talking me through the treatment process. I was at the salon for several hours due to the lengthy process of my re-style but I was regularly topped up with tea, coffee and magazines throughout. The staff are always so friendly as is the atmosphere too. So pleased with the finished result! Would highly recommend.
